Swasthya Yoga includes dhyana (meditation), Pranayam (regulated breathing) and asanas (postures and exercises).
At Karuna, we help you focus on your vital energy that flows through your body, mind and soul to help you heal your own self.
We don't run a 'Yoga Class'. It is a routine activity and you may continue Yoga sessions for as long as you can, and make it a part of your daily routine. It will help you overcome sickness and when healthy, it will help you maintain and improve health.
You will be enrolled for the Yoga sessions after consultation with the Doctors who will make an assessment of your problems and advice the postures and breathing according to what will suit you the best.
The daily routine of yoga, Pranayam and meditation will help you maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit, connect you with the present moment, balance your chakras, and thereby improve your physiological functions.
Over a period of time, it will help you to improve your energy levels, make you more alert and active, improve the concentration and memory, raise your immunity, make you less susceptible to illnesses, improve your capacity to bear and deal with stress and overcome the effects of past trauma, illnesses, toxicities, and emotional set-backs.
It helps to improve the range of motion of joints, relieve soreness and stiffness, make the body more supple and toned, mobilize fat deposits, and thereby keeps you fit and in good shape. |
