Chief Consultant
We welcome doctors who are open at understanding all these aspects of Holistic Treatments and integrating them for the patients. The doctor is also expected to have a high degree of professionalism, presentation skills, clinical and diagnostic skills, and ability to evaluate the patient at mental, physical and spiritual planes.
Job Description:
This is a very important job and will put the overall personality of the doctor to test.
The doctor will be responsible for initial evaluation of patients, diagnosis, and recommend treatments. The doctor will be the first face of the company and help introduce our systems and operations to the patient. The way this first communication is carried out will help to put forward the positives of availing a treatment with us and hence communication, confidence and honesty are a very important skill-set required. Further, the doctor will take the detailed case and carry out follow-up and take the patient on the road to recovery.
If your will, performance and personality agrees for a senior position, we will be happy to soon promote you to a the post where you can manage the entire operations related to patients and lead the Patient Relations Department as well as Business Development.
Naturally, the job is a full-time work and will require that you will not be allowed to work for any other company, clinic or organization. We will require minimum 2-years Service Agreement with you. If you are coming from any other city outside Kathmandu, we will provide you food and accommodation.
The salary greatly depends upon your qualifications and experience, however for a fresher the starting salary is NPR 10000. You can expect an annual incentive which will depend on your Annual Performance Appraisal. If under your leadership, the company's business grows, you can expect a Profit Share from time-to-time and a growth parallel to the growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or M.D. Homoeopathy
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery or M.D. Ayurveda
Bachelor of Naturopathic Medicine and Yogic Sciences or N.D.
Bachelor or Master in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Aamchi
Additional Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in Management or Business Administration will be preferred.
Additional trainings in Spa Management, Holistic Medicine, Nutrition or Alternative therapies will be an asset.

woman executive for handling the front desk. The job would require attending
the telephone enquiries, giving information to the visiting patients, filling
up registration and feedback forms, maintaining records, coordinating
appointments between patients and medical team, helping in organizing events/
meetings/ camps by coordinating between various people, maintaining HR
attendance records, keeping patient accounts of income, handling petty expense,
maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors and maintaining a calm
ambience at the front-desk and reception area.
12th Pass, diploma, student of graduation/ post-graduation.
Previous experience in front-desk handling or working as an office assistant
will be preferred.
This is a high-energy, high-performance job and requires a
good ability to understand and explain the concepts to a client or a group,
excellent communication and inter-personal skills, team-building, goal-oriented
task execution, discipline, integrity and promptness with presence of mind.

Job description: To
conduct therapies and training in the field of Ayurveda-Panchakarma and Massage
therapies in consultation with the team of Doctors.
Remuneration: NPR
8000
Facilities: Food
Allowance and House Rent Allowance provided. Air travel compensated after
joining from New Delhi to Kathmandu, if the therapist is coming from India.
Duty hours: 9
hours in shifts, 6 days a week
Required Education:
1-3 years course in Ayurveda-Panchakarma.
Trainings: Additional
knowledge of Sports Massage, Yoga, Spa, Naturopathy, Case Management, Beauty
therapies will be desirable.
Experience: 1-4 years
